　　根据《中华人民共和国海关对报关单位注册登记管理规定》第三十五条规定：进出口货物收发货人在海关办理注册登记后可以在中华人民共和国关境内各个口岸地或者海关监管业务集中的地点办理本企业的报关业务。

Regulations on customs clearance in different places

According to article 35 of the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Customs Declaration Entities, the consignee or consigner of import and export goods may, after the registration by the Customs, handle the customs declaration business of their own enterprises at various ports within the territory of the People's Republic of China or at places where the customs control business is concentrated.

　　异地报关需要的资料

　　已经在当地海关办理自理报关注册登记手续的企业，如需要在其他海关办理报关手续，可申请异地报关备案，并提供下列资料：

　　1. 已填妥的《报关备案申请表》一式两份；

　　2. 海关核发的《报关注册证明书》复印件一份；

　　3. 批准企业成立的批文复印件；

　　4. 工商登记执照副本复印件；

　　5. 海关认为需要的其他资料。

Documents required for customs clearance in different places

Enterprises that have gone through the formalities of customs declaration and registration at the local customs may, if they need to go through the formalities at other customs, apply for the record of customs declaration in other places and provide the following information:

1. The duly completed Application form for Customs Declaration in duplicate;

2. One copy of the Declaration registration Certificate issued by the Customs;

3. Copy of the approval document for the establishment of the enterprise;

4. Copy of the business registration license;

5. Other information deemed necessary by the Customs.
