关于产地证书详解

（一）普惠制原产地证书(FORM A)是：

具有法律效力的我国出口产品在给惠国享受在最惠国税率基础上进一步减免进口关税的官方凭证.

现在目前可以做FORM A的一共有42个国家和地区包括欧盟25国（英国、法国、意大利、奥地利、比利时、丹麦、芬兰、德国、希腊、爱尔兰、卢森堡、荷兰、葡萄牙、西班牙、瑞典、捷克、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、塞浦路斯、爱沙尼亚、拉脱维亚、立陶宛共和国、匈牙利、马耳他和波兰）、挪威、瑞士、日本、澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、土耳其、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乌克兰、格鲁吉亚、克罗地亚、保加利亚、阿塞拜疆、亚美尼亚、罗马尼亚.
