土耳其出口登记表大使馆认证+领事合法化

土耳其外贸署最新发布的《关于纺织服装产品进口登记的公告（2009/21）》(参考译文见附件)，要求进口商在进口前对公告附件一中所列海关税则号项下的纺织服装产品进行登记，填写“出口商登记表”（见《公告》附件二）。 　

 备注：出口商注册登记表土耳其大使馆认证注册证书的有效期为90天，证书不能用于一个以上的海关入境申报，也不能延长，证书不能移交给第三人。

 办理“出口商登记表”认证的纺织服装企业，需提交营业执照、对外贸易经营者备案、登记表和税务登记证影印件作为佐证材料，经我会授权机构审核无误后出具商事证明书，再送土耳其驻华使馆或上海领馆认证。

需要办理“出口商登记表”认证的纺织服装企业，需提交以下资料：

 1、、CE/声明/出口登记表一份 

2、企业营业执照副本复印件一份 

3、企业税务登记证副本一份 

4、对外出口登记备案表复印件一份 

5、介绍信一份（有固定格式需盖章）

Turkish export registration form Embassy certification + consular legalization

The announcement on Import Registration of Textile and Garment Products (2009/21) issued by the Turkish Foreign Trade Department (see annex for translation) requires importers to register textile and garment products under the customs tariff number listed in Annex I of the announcement and fill in the "Exporter Registration Form" (see Annex II of the Announcement) before import.

Note: The validity of the certificate of registration certified by the Turkish Embassy is 90 days. The certificate cannot be used for more than one customs entry declaration, nor can it be extended. The certificate cannot be handed over to a third party.

EXPORTER's FORM EXPORTER's Registration FORM To Turkey Now the Turkish Customs requires that the EXPORTER's company registration information be authenticated with the Turkish Embassy which is both EXPORTER's REGISTRY and the Turkish Embassy.

For textile and garment enterprises that apply for the certification of "Exporter registration Form", the business license, record of foreign trade operator, registration form and photocopies of tax registration certificate should be submitted as supporting materials. After being checked and verified by the authorized institution of CFTA, the commercial certificate should be issued and then sent to the Turkish Embassy in China or the Consulate in Shanghai for certification.

Textile and garment enterprises that need to apply for "Exporter Registration Form" certification should submit the following information:

A CE/ declaration/export registration form

2. One copy of the business license

3. One copy of the enterprise tax registration certificate

4. One copy of export registration form

5. A letter of introduction (with fixed format and seal)
