装箱单 （Packing List）

      装箱单也分两种，一种是给国内货代的，另一种是给客户的。两者内容必须一致。装箱单上内容包括：

There are also two kinds of packing list, one is for domestic freight forwarders, the other is for customers. The content of both must be consistent. The packing list includes:

          A）供应商的抬头

          B）出口商名称

          C）收货人名称及联系方式，通知人，通知人的联系方式,

          D   起运港

          E）        目的港

          F）        发票号码

          G）        发票日期

          H）        运输方式

          I）        付款方式

          J）        产品产地

          K）        产品数量（多少箱，每箱多少个，每箱毛重，净重）

          L）        产品颜色，产品材料

         M）        海关编码

         N）        总金额以及大写

         O）        航班班次

         P）        签字盖章等
